The king room was in great condition and had everything we needed like a public bathroom and coffee. The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from Ford Park.

All the rooms are brand-new and well furnished. The staff is extremely friendly. The hotel is located in a particularly good location, close to shopping outlets, movie theaters, and nice restaurants.

I strongly recommend this spotless and modern hotel. The staff is amazingly efficient and I'm grateful for a very pleasant stay. The venue has an excellent location next door to Ford Park and many restaurants in Beaumont.

Easy to reach from Southeast Texas Regional airport, only a 19-minute drive away. Perfect and updated rooms with good bathrooms. Favourable location. Complimentary and very satisfying breakfast with plenty of food.

Prompt room service, super comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. No breakfast offered, but location convenient off the freeway with easy access to restaurants and stores. Clean rooms with up-to-date decor, well-maintained pool area. Microwave and Kurig in room, quick check out, complimentary oatmeal raisin bites at check-in. Good value for the money.

Very nice staff and room

Very disappointed that I was there for THREE days and never had caffeinated coffee pods available in my room. Called front desk on first night, girl said they had run out. Number 1, how do you run out of caffeinated coffee? Number two, why aren't you on the phone constantly trying to remedy this heinous situation? No excuse really. Very poor response from staff, all the way up the chain, IMHO. Good gosh, send someone down to Sam's or Costco to buy some damn coffee! Honestly, truly, disappointed.

Bright and spotlessly clean hotel

I liked the design of facility and that they had security.

The pool area needed some work. Bars on steps were loose and no clean towels.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean and inviting lobby. Free coffee in the morning. Nice kitchen and bar staff. Plenty of upscale dining options nearby. Close to a cinema. Hotel offers in-room dining services. Quiet rooms.

Reserved/requested a king bed, got into the room and it was a queen. Staff seemed a little distracted.

The location was magnificent, within easy walking distance of Ford Park. Furthermore, in the outlet above the desktop. The wonderful and cordial staff upgraded us to an updated room in the right condition to be accessible to the public. The breakfast was very very good, had a great selection of options and the food was different.

This place is fantastic with clean, modern rooms and a friendly staff; there's a restaurant here for breakfast and dinner.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Beaumont offers a comfortable stay with a very comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. The homemade style cookies upon arrival provide a tasty treat. The motel is clean and updated, ensuring a pleasant experience.

Felt relaxed, nothing to complain about.

The staff was friendly.

The floor was so dirty that after crawling for only 10 minutes on the carpet my 10 month olds knees and the tops of her feet were black. In addition, all the vending machines had been removed (signs to point you in their direction was in tact) so that you were forced to pay $2.75 for a 20 oz soda. Finally, guests were allowed to drink uncontrollably at the pool. We looked out our window over looking the pool to see adults grinding on each other to music while children swam. In the lobby a man was coming from the pool so drunk he could not stand on his own and was dropping the F bomb every other word. This was early evening with children around. No staff member said or did anything.
